Why we started Pernox.
Construction firms are being sold AI from every direction. Software vendors, platforms and apps all promise to change how you work. Almost none of them start by asking how your business actually runs.
That leaves directors with a hard question and nobody independent to ask: is any of this worth it for us, and if so, where do we start?
We exist to answer that question honestly, using evidence from your own business.
We focus only on construction because the work is specific. Valuations, CVRs, variations, RAMS and subcontractor applications do not exist in other industries, and you should not have to explain them to your adviser.
